Pokémon TCG Pocket Is Dropping a Trade Feature and Space-Time Smackdown Expansion Soon

Get ready for exciting updates to Pokémon TCG Pocket! Trading is finally here, alongside the Space-Time Smackdown expansion. Prepare to swap cards with friends!

Pokémon TCG Pocket: Space-Time Smackdown and Trading Launch Dates

Trading arrives on January 29th, 2025, followed by the Space-Time Smackdown expansion on January 30th. This update also introduces new binder and display board covers featuring Dialga, Palkia, and Darkrai.

Trading Mechanics

To trade, you'll need trade hourglasses and trade tokens. Currently, only cards from the Genetic Apex and Mythical Island expansions (rarity levels 1-4 and ★1) are tradeable. More cards will be added in future updates.

Space-Time Smackdown Expansion

This expansion focuses on the Sinnoh region, introducing two new booster packs featuring Dialga and Palkia, along with fresh card artwork. Lucario, and the Sinnoh starters Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup, also join the roster.
