ZA/UM's goal is to introduce Disco Elysium to a broader audience and offer current fans a convenient, on-the-go alternative. To make this happen, they're making the first two chapters of Disco Elysium available for free on mobile. After enjoying these initial chapters, players can then make a one-time purchase to unlock the full game, completely ad-free.
ZA/UM emphasizes their commitment to ensuring players can make an informed decision about their purchase. "Today's ZA/UM studio includes both creators and custodians of the Disco Elysium IP. We take these roles very seriously, and we believe this is reflected in the mobile experience we're crafting," they stated.

Studio head Denis Havel shared an ambitious vision for the mobile version, targeting the TikTok audience. "We aim to engage TikTok users with quick, captivating snippets of story, art, and audio, creating a new, highly engaging form of entertainment," Havel explained.
Alongside the announcement, ZA/UM released a debut trailer and captivating screenshots for Disco Elysium on mobile. The mobile version boasts new 360-degree scenes designed to immerse players directly into the world of Revachol, and includes brand new audio with full voiceover to enhance the character-driven experience.
