New Building, Jukebox, and More Arriving in Next Update
Schedule 1 remains a top-seller on Steam, supported by its regular updates. In a May 1 post on X (formerly Twitter), solo developer Tyler shared a first glimpse of the next patch.
The post featured several images from the nearly-ready open beta. These photos reveal a new "Stash and Dash" building, a Jukebox that may allow players to alter the soundtrack, and an empty corridor.
While the exact release date isn't confirmed, this update will first be available on the game's beta branch. To access it, adjust your beta participation settings for the game in Steam. Fans can also track future plans and updates on the game's public Trello board for more information.
Future Map Expansion Plans

During last week's inaugural development livestream on Twitch, Tyler connected with fans and shared details about his future plans for the game. He demonstrated some 3D modeling work and discussed his vision for expanding the game's map.
Tyler mentioned plans to introduce a swampy, slum-like area and expand the more upscale part of town by adding houses along the cliffs. Following this, his next focus will be developing the island located across from the main area.

These ambitious expansions promise to enhance the game, though their full implementation may take some time, given Tyler works independently. Nonetheless, the community is enthusiastic about these future developments.
Schedule 1 is currently available for PC via Steam Early Access. For the most recent details, check out our related article below.
