Atomic Heart Hits 10M Players, New DLC Confirmed

Two years after its initial release in 2023, *Atomic Heart* has reached a major milestone with over 10 million players worldwide. While this number reflects unique players rather than total sales, it's still a significant accomplishment for any title—especially for a debut AAA game from an independent developer.

Available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms, *Atomic Heart* was described by its developer Mundfish as having "taken the world by surprise as a breakout AAA debut from an unknown studio." The game impressed players and critics alike with its bold vision, setting a new standard for visual and cinematic excellence within the first-person shooter genre. It also received over 60 “Best of the Year” awards following its launch, cementing its place among notable titles of 2023.

Following its successful launch, *Atomic Heart* expanded its narrative through three story-driven DLCs, with another currently [ttpp] in development. This continued support highlights Mundfish’s commitment to delivering fresh content and deepening the game's immersive experience.

*Atomic Heart* launched in February 2023 and is set in an alternate reality during the height of the Soviet Union.
