How to Play

Ludo is a classic dice and race game where each player controls eight pieces across two houses. The objective is to move all eight pieces to the home before your opponent does. Currently, the game supports two players, each managing two houses.

Movement of Pieces

The game begins with the player assigned the red house. A piece can only exit the house with a dice roll of 6, while pieces already on the track can move with any dice outcome. The journey of each piece spans 56 steps from home to the center of the board. A piece can be removed either by completing the 56-step journey or by capturing an opponent's piece.

Piece Capture

Capturing an opponent's piece is a key strategy in Ludo. If a player's piece lands on a block occupied by an opponent's piece, the opponent's piece is captured and must return to its home, while the capturing piece is removed from the board. The secret to winning lies in capturing as many of your opponent's pieces as possible while avoiding being captured yourself. However, a piece cannot capture if the remaining dice outcome cannot be used.

Important Notes

1. A player can roll the dice consecutively if each roll results in a 6.
2. The outcome of a dice roll must be played before rolling again, regardless of the result.
3. For a smoother and faster gameplay experience, enable the DIRECT COUNT option in the settings.
