Advanced LT for KIA

Enhance your vehicle diagnostics by integrating the Advanced LT plugin into Torque Pro. This powerful addition enables you to monitor specific KIA parameters in real-time, giving you deeper insight into your car’s performance. With support for advanced engine and automatic transmission sensor data, this plugin is ideal for KIA owners looking to track detailed metrics directly from their Android device.

Advanced LT expands the list of available PIDs and sensors within Torque Pro, tailored specifically for KIA vehicles. The plugin allows you to test its functionality with a limited set of sensors before purchasing the full version. Please note that this version does not include calculated sensors such as Injector Duty Cycle (%) or HIVEC mode.

ECU Scanner Feature

The plugin also includes an ECU Scanner tool, which helps identify unsupported sensors on KIA engines. To use this feature, simply record at least 1000 samples and send the log files to the developer for analysis and potential future integration.

Requirements

To function properly, Advanced LT requires the latest version of [ttpp]Torque Pro[yyxx] installed on your Android device. It is not a standalone app and will not operate without Torque Pro.

Installation Instructions

1. After downloading the plugin from Google Play, confirm it appears in your list of installed apps.
2. Launch Torque Pro and tap the "Advanced LT" icon.
3. Select the correct engine type, then return to the main screen.
4. Navigate to Torque Pro Settings.
5. Ensure the plugin is listed under Plugins > Installed Plugins.
6. Scroll down to "Manage extra PIDs/Sensors".
7. If no entries are displayed, proceed to add a predefined set.
8. From the menu, choose "Add predefined set".
9. Select the appropriate KIA engine type from the list provided.
10. After selection, new entries should appear in your Extra PIDs/Sensors list.

Adding Displays

1. Once additional sensors are added, go to Realtime Information or Dashboard.
2. Press the menu key and select "Add Display".
3. Choose your preferred display type (Dial, Bar, Graph, Digital Display, etc.).
4. Select the desired sensor. Sensors from Advanced LT begin with "[KADV]" and appear near the top of the list, right after time sensors.
