IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Please be aware that due to hardware limitations, not all NFC-equipped smartphones can read the contactless chips embedded in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored directly in the memory of your Troika card. Therefore, you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to successfully write tickets onto your card.

The electronic purse feature allows you to select and record (purchase) a specific amount onto your card.

Our app supports over 90 ticket types, covering all existing options, including MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards (including students).

To reserve funds safely, simply enter your payment card details within the app. Rest assured, your bank card data is never stored by us.

Remember to hold your Troika card against the NFC antenna of your device. You can find the exact location of the antenna in your device's user manual.

Funds are only charged from your payment card once the newly purchased ticket has been successfully written to your Troika card.
