Beyond the bathhouse encounters, six primary romantic interests await Henry. Most offer brief encounters, but a couple feature more extensive storylines. These include:

One-Night Stands
These encounters provide temporary companionship and a "Time Well Spent" buff (+1 Strength, Agility, and Vitality). This buff applies to all romantic encounters, not just these.

Doubravka: During the "Wedding Crashers" main quest, speak with Doubravka's mother. She'll request you dance with her daughter. Select these dialogue options: "Don't worry about the people," "You dance like an elf," "I see. Let's go then."

Black Bartoush: In Trosky Castle during the "For Victory!" quest, speak with Black Bartoush and choose: "I reckon I know what you're getting at," "Shall we spend the rest of the evening alone?"

Johanka: Also during "For Victory!", speak with the widow Johanka and select: "I'll be glad to tell you what happened," "It was a lovely day for bathing," "They almost killed us," "I think I can convince you."

Lousy Mary: In Kuttenberg City, after completing "Into the Underworld," speak with Lousy Mary and suggest a drink.

Bathhouse Ladies: Major settlements have bathhouses. Paying the maids for their services provides clean clothes and the "Time Well Spent" buff.
Romancing Klara
Klara's romance involves a more substantial questline. After the duel with Michael in the "Back in the Saddle" quest, speak with Klara, inform her about the knights, and accept her invitation for herb picking. Choose: "I can't say no to a comely lady," "I think she's called Klara."
Continue the main quest until the pistol tutorial. Help Klara at the jail cells (persuade the guard or fight him). Assist her in treating Mark (Schnapps and a bandage) and Zwerk (Schnapps, bandages, wine, and Chamomile Brew). Finally, visit Klara at her house.
