Wargaming has officially announced the exciting early access phase for their upcoming game, Steel Hunters, with a captivating video teaser that has the gaming community buzzing with anticipation.
The early access period, set to begin on April 2, 2025, will be a pivotal moment for Steel Hunters. It's designed as an interactive stage where the gaming community can dive in, experience the game firsthand, and provide valuable feedback that will shape its future. Wargaming is committed to keeping players in the loop, promising regular updates on development progress and sharing new ideas and enhancements as the launch date nears.
Steel Hunters introduces a diverse roster of characters, each known as a Hunter, offering unique playstyles, abilities, and progression systems. This variety encourages players to explore different strategies and tactics, aiming to outsmart and outmaneuver opponents to reach the coveted evacuation point first. Among the Hunters are notable figures such as Razorside, Heartbreaker, Fenris, Ursus, Trenchwalker, Prophet, and Weaver, each bringing their own set of special skills to the fray, making them formidable forces on battlefields like Crimson Ridge, Maryland Heights, and Stonecutter Keep.
In the game, players will compete against five other teams, each composed of duos, battling it out in the intense environment of the Hunting Grounds. The goal is clear: be the last team standing to claim victory.
Early access to Steel Hunters will be available exclusively on PC through Steam and the Wargaming Game Center, marking a significant milestone in the game's journey towards a full release.
