The early access period, set to begin on April 2, 2025, will be a pivotal moment for Steel Hunters. Steel Hunters introduces a diverse roster of characters, each known as a Hunter, offering unique playstyles, abilities, and progression systems. This variety encourages players to explore different strategies and tactics, aiming to outsmart and outmaneuver opponents to reach the coveted evacuation point first. Among the Hunters are notable figures such as Razorside, Heartbreaker, Fenris, Ursus, Trenchwalker, Prophet, and Weaver, each bringing their own set of special skills to the fray, making them formidable forces on battlefields like Crimson Ridge, Maryland Heights, and Stonecutter Keep.

In the game, players will compete against five other teams, each composed of duos, battling it out in the intense environment of the Hunting Grounds. The goal is clear: be the last team standing to claim victory.
