Hot Toys unveiled an impressive array of 1:6 scale figures for Star Wars Day, introducing some major characters who had yet to receive the Hot Toys treatment. The standout surprise was the Jar Jar Binks figure, which, whether you love him or hate him, captures his essence with astonishing realism. Featuring seamless arm joints and two swappable face sculpts, this figure allows fans to recreate Jar Jar's iconic poses straight from the screen.
Hot Toys is also addressing a significant gap in the Sequel Trilogy lineup with the release of a Poe Dameron figure in his Resistance X-Wing jumpsuit. Additionally, fans can look forward to another Republic Commando figure, Clone Commando Boss, and the expansion of the Star Wars Rebels-inspired animated figure line with a new Darth Vader to complement the previously announced Stormtrooper figures.

Hasbro delighted fans with new releases in both the 6-inch Black Series and the 3 3/4-inch Vintage Collection lines. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Revenge of the Sith, Hasbro introduced new Black Series figures packaged in a style reminiscent of the classic RotS toy line, featuring Aayla Secura and a Magnaguard droid. Black Series collectors can also enhance their Imperial trooper collections with a Rogue One-themed 2-pack including a Shoretrooper and a Death Trooper.
On the Vintage Collection front, Hasbro is set to release intriguing multi-packs. The "Stormtroopers of the Empire 3-Pack" includes a Snowtrooper, Scouttrooper, and a Sandtrooper, while the "Cantina Adventure 4-Pack" features four iconic aliens from the Mos Eisley sequence: Hammerhead, Walrus Man, Greedo, and Snaggletooth. This set pairs perfectly with Hasbro's crowdfunded Mos Eisley Cantina playset. Additionally, Star Wars prop enthusiasts will be thrilled with the new ForceFX Elite lightsaber based on Ezra Bridger's weapon from Rebels.

Sideshow Collectibles showcased a broad range of figures, statues, and art prints for Star Wars Day. The highlight is undoubtedly the Luke Skywalker: Red Five, Standing By Premium Format Figure. This 1:4 scale, mixed media statue depicts Luke in his X-Wing jumpsuit, climbing the ladder to his ship. The added detail of a sculpted X-Wing portion hanging in mid-air elevates this piece to a must-have, albeit an expensive one.
Sideshow continues to release 1:6 scale figures and distribute Hot Toys' offerings. Their "Scum and Villainy" line focuses on lesser-known aliens and creatures, with the second wave featuring characters from Jabba's Palace in Return of the Jedi, including Bib Fortuna, Klaatu, and Vizam.
Lastly, Sideshow introduced a 1:10 scale statue from Iron Studios, a smaller version of their 1:4 scale Darth Vader statue, inspired by The Empire Strikes Back, which still impresses in its compact form.
