Echo Detector: The Standard Issue
The Echo Detector is your starting equipment. This small, yellow device features a central light tube that pulses when an artifact is nearby. The intensity of the pulsing and beeping indicates proximity. While functional, pinpointing the artifact's exact location can be time-consuming.
Bear Detector: An Enhanced Experience
Acquired either during the "A Sign of Hope" side mission or from a vendor, the Bear Detector improves upon the Echo Detector. It provides a visual distance indicator using concentric rings around its display. The rings illuminate progressively as you approach the artifact, fully illuminating when you're directly above it.
Hilka Detector: Precision Artifact Hunting
Obtained during the "Mysterious Case" side mission from Sultan, the Hilka Detector is a more advanced tool. It displays numerical values corresponding to the artifact's position within the anomalous zone. Decreasing numbers indicate closer proximity.
Veles Detector: The Pinnacle of Artifact Detection
