How to Obtain Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2

Defeating Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss, offers a chance to obtain the Hand of Wisdom and Action. Xesht resides within the Twisted Domain, accessible through the Atlas's Realmgate using a Breachstone.

Locate the Realmgate near the Atlas's starting point. Click the home icon on the Atlas to center the camera on this location.

Alternatively, purchase HoWA on the official Path of Exile 2 trading website; however, be prepared for a significant cost, even for poorly rolled versions.

Acquiring a Breachstone in PoE 2

Two methods exist for obtaining a Breachstone:

• Combine Breach Splinters: Farming Breach map nodes on the Atlas yields Breach Splinters. While relatively common, accumulating 300 requires extensive farming. Combine a stack of 300 to create a Breachstone.
• Currency Exchange: Purchase Breach Splinters or Breachstones from Alva's in-game Currency Exchange. Expect to pay approximately 50-60 Exalted Orbs per Breachstone, though prices fluctuate.

No. Hand of Wisdom and Action is a unique drop from Xesht, not part of the regular loot pool (unlike Astramentis, Headhunter, or Polcirkeln). Therefore, using an Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps won't produce it.
