Modders have restored content cut from Bloodborne and made it work on PC

The Bloodborne Magnum Opus mod, now available for PC, reinstates all cut content from the original game, including multiple simultaneous boss encounters. Despite some texture and animation glitches, enemies remain functional.

Magnum Opus significantly alters the Bloodborne experience, reintroducing weapons, armor sets, and relocating certain enemies. The accompanying video showcases several of these new boss encounters.

While a PC release was nearly a reality last August, with Hidetaka Miyazaki hinting at the possibility, no official announcement has been made. This leaves players reliant on workarounds and emulators.

The emergence of a functional PS4 emulator has dramatically shifted the landscape. Modders quickly accessed the game and even the character editor, though initial gameplay proved elusive. That hurdle has now been overcome, with online videos demonstrating Bloodborne running on PC, albeit with noticeable imperfections.
