NEOWIZ's director, Ji-Won Choi, recently shared a message with fans, offering a heartfelt thank you and exciting news about the upcoming DLC and a sequel for the steampunk Soulslike game, Lies of P.

Celebrating the game's anniversary, Choi's letter expressed gratitude to the community, highlighting the team's dedication despite the challenges. The DLC, he promised, will build upon the base game's strengths while addressing previous issues. The development team, including Team NOUGH and ROUND8 Studio, are committed to improving upon their successes.

"For the DLC and the sequel, we aim to refine what worked well and enhance areas needing improvement," Choi stated. "It's a seemingly simple goal, but adhering to the fundamentals is far from easy."

A tantalizing glimpse of the DLC was provided through new concept art and a soundtrack snippet. The art depicts P in a snowy location, gazing at a lighthouse, hinting at a new, perilous chapter. The shared musical piece, "Lisrim," while labeled "new," was actually composed in 2022 by onoken; however, NEOWIZ owns the rights to both the original and the version included in the DLC. The accompanying music video showcases a Lies of P-esque scene.

DLC Release Date and Future Plans:

While a precise release date hasn't been announced, NEOWIZ's Q1 2024 earnings report indicates a launch sometime in the second half of 2024, alongside other projects:
