Konami confirms a 2025 release for the Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remake. Producer Noriaki Okamura stated in a recent 4Gamer interview that the studio's top priority for 2025 is delivering a high-quality, polished game that meets fan expectations. While the game is already playable from start to finish, the development team is focusing on refining details and enhancing the overall experience before launch.

Previous speculation suggested a 2024 release, but that timeline has shifted to next year. The remake will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

Okamura assures fans that the remake will remain faithful to the original's spirit while integrating modern gameplay mechanics and stunning visuals. Beyond graphical enhancements, the game will also boast new features designed to elevate the gameplay experience.

Konami unveiled a captivating trailer for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater in late September. The over two-minute trailer showcases intense action sequences, featuring the protagonist, key antagonists, a dramatic airdrop, and thrilling firefights.
