Honor of Kings' Inaugural Snow Carnival 2024: A Festive Update
Tencent's popular MOBA, Honor of Kings, is launching its first-ever holiday event, the Snow Carnival 2024, bringing a host of new in-game features and gameplay changes. Expect exciting new enemies, free purchase opportunities, and more, making it a truly memorable Christmas experience.
Gameplay Enhancements:
The festivities kick off November 28th and run until January 8th. New challenges await:
- November 28th: The Snow Overlord and Snow Tyrant make their debut, introducing slow and freeze effects upon defeat.
- December 12th: Heroes Lady Zhen, Princess Frost, Zhuangzi, Dolia, DaQiao, and Shi gain enhanced water-based skills, creating an ice effect on enemies with stacked abilities.
- November 28th - December 11th: Glacial Twists hazards appear in the jungle, impacting player speed and movement.
- December 12th - 23rd: Summoning Shadow Vanguard triggers an ice path effect.
- December 24th - January 8th: Defeating the river sprite unlocks a new ice sled for tactical maneuvers.

- December 6th - January 8th: A Zero Cost Purchase Event allows players to obtain a free item without spending tokens.
- December 24th - January 1st: A Gift Exchange feature lets players send and receive gifts with friends.
