Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero both graced The Game Awards 2024 with new trailers. The Honkai: Star Rail trailer offered exciting first looks at the upcoming Amphoreus location and a new character, Castorice.

Following The Game Awards 2024, while many are reviewing the winners, we're focusing on the captivating trailers. MiHoYo's Honkai: Star Rail took center stage, sharing the spotlight with Zenless Zone Zero on the Los Angeles stage. The fresh footage showcased Amphoreus, the next exciting destination, and introduced the enigmatic Castorice. The trailer also revisited previously explored locations.

The glimpses of Amphoreus are sure to enthrall Honkai fans. However, the identity and role of Castorice remain a mystery, sparking much anticipation.

Amphoreus's Grecian-inspired aesthetic aligns with MiHoYo's tendency to draw inspiration from real-world cultures. Theories suggest "ampheoreus," an ancient Greek unit of measurement, influenced the location's design.

Castorice's introduction follows MiHoYo's pattern of unveiling mysterious female characters before their full reveal. Her air of mystery surpasses previous enigmatic introductions.
