In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, stealth is a crucial method for completing tasks, particularly in the quest "Storm." This quest is essential for wrapping up the main storylines in the Trosky Region and introduces you to the Kuttenberg Region. Like "For Whom the Bell Tolls," "Storm" presents challenging circumstances—you'll be without your armor, weapons, or useful items like Saviour Schnapps, and your health and stamina will be reduced due to prior torture.

To start, you can acquire some gear from the guards that Katherine dealt with during your prison escape. While their equipment isn't top-notch, it's better than nothing. Katherine also provides you with her dagger, enabling stealth kills. Your next step is to head to the top of the Crone in Trosky. The guards are spaced out enough that you can either knock them out or use distractions to sneak past them.

At the summit, you'll confront Istvan Toth. Since this encounter doesn't affect the best ending, consider the dishonorable option if you're unsure about your combat skills. Dueling Toth while low on health can be risky. After dealing with him, search the room for everyone's belongings and collect important documents.

After handling Toth and reclaiming your gear, head back to the dungeon where you left the others. They'll gear up as well and guide you to the escape tunnels. Simply follow them; this part of the quest is straightforward.

How To Sneak Through the Hills in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

The next phase of "Storm" can be quite challenging. To avoid detection, keep your conspicuousness as low as possible. Being spotted by guards can lead to multiple enemies converging on you. Your lowered stats due to torture make stealth kills and knockouts more difficult.

Begin by taking the right path, which leads uphill to a larger path patrolled by guards. Navigate this route to reach Mika, who has been captured. Stealthily eliminate the guard behind him and free Mika, who will then provide you with further directions.

You're now in for a long stretch of stealth. Follow the map markers as per Mika's instructions and head to the edge of the region. Travel east and southeast to reach the main road in Apollonia, then proceed south but keep to the side and use the bushes for cover. Although the area on your map looks expansive, you only need to reach about halfway to trigger the ending cutscene. Use stones to distract guards and slip past them undetected. Once the cutscene plays, your role in Trosky ends, and your journey continues to the Kuttenberg Region.

"Storm" is one of the few quests in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* where stealth is not just an option but a necessity. Prioritizing stealth skills and perks can significantly aid in avoiding detection during this quest.
