Grand Theft Auto V PC players rejoice! Over two years after its release, a major update is finally arriving on March 4th, bringing the PC version largely in line with the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S releases of 2022. This free update includes content previously exclusive to console players and will seamlessly transfer your existing GTA Online and Story Mode progress.
The update significantly enhances GTA Online, introducing a wealth of previously unavailable content for PC users. The GTA+ subscription service will also launch on PC, offering benefits such as accelerated business profit collection. Rockstar Games has also implemented improved anti-cheat measures.

Expect noticeable visual improvements, but be aware that this comes with increased system requirements. Players with less powerful hardware can continue using the older version, which will remain supported. However, cross-version play will not be supported, preventing players on different versions from playing together.
