Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio is gearing up for an exciting 20th anniversary celebration for the beloved Like A Dragon series, set to take place in December 2025. To kick off the festivities, RGG Studio has launched a unique fan-voting project that allows fans to influence the merchandise that will be produced. From February 8, 2025, until March 21, 2025, fans have the chance to vote daily on a diverse selection of 100 in-game items, ranging from lingerie and incense to mahjong tiles, karaoke microphones, luxury lighters, 20th-anniversary sake, themed pillows, and Kiryu’s iconic dragon mask. The item that garners the most votes will be guaranteed to be turned into real merchandise within the next two years, with a follow-up questionnaire to finalize its design.

While no further details on other events or games have been shared since, fans are hopeful for announcements similar to the remakes released during the 10th anniversary, such as Yakuza 0 and Yakuza Kiwami.

The game is also set to launch on previous-gen consoles like PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, ensuring broad accessibility.
