The collaboration focuses on two heroes: Lady Zhen and Shi, who receive stunning Frozen-inspired skins. Lady Zhen's Anna-inspired "Snowventure" skin is obtained through a raffle system using in-game tickets earned by playing matches. Shi's Elsa-inspired skin is acquired by completing missions and redeeming tokens.
