Painter’s Regret Treasure Map Location in Avowed

In *Avowed*, treasure maps can be acquired in various ways, from purchasing them with in-game currency to uncovering them during exploration. The Painter’s Regret map, however, is exclusively found within the game world.

You can locate the Painter’s Regret treasure map in the Emerald Stair, the second major area you'll explore in *Avowed*. Head to the northeast end of Coastal Farms, where you'll find a large house positioned in front of a rock face. Before entering, be prepared to battle a host of enemies guarding the exterior of the house.

How To Get Into the Painter’s Regret House in Avowed

Accessing the house isn't as straightforward as walking through the front door, which is barred shut. After defeating the enemies outside, navigate around to the right side of the house. There, you'll find a walkway leading to an accessible back door. Upon entering, you'll immediately spot a large painting on an easel – this is the Painter’s Regret treasure map. Collect it and prepare for your treasure hunt.

With the map in hand, head to the western side of the river southwest of Fior mes Iverno. Your efforts will be rewarded with the Painter’s Brush, a unique trinket that boosts your critical hit chance by 5%, enhancing your combat effectiveness in the Living Lands.
