The first poacher is relatively straightforward to locate. After initiating the Bird of Prey quest by speaking with the gamekeeper, make your way to the north side of the pond. Venture into the forest and navigate through the tall shrubs. You'll soon stumble upon a camp where the first poacher is hiding.
It's worth noting that while you have the option to eliminate these poachers, doing so will impact your reputation negatively. Opting for a peaceful resolution is advisable. This particular poacher is timid, making it easy to persuade him to surrender. You can choose to release him or hand him over to the bailiff. If you spare him, don't forget to collect a piece of poacher equipment as evidence.
Poacher #2

Tracking down the second poacher is perhaps the most challenging part of the Bird of Prey quest. Engaging with various NPCs marked by the quest can help narrow down the search area. Alternatively, you can head directly to the designated spot. This poacher is bolder and won't yield to persuasion easily unless you possess high persuasion skills. In my experience, I had to resort to lethal force and subsequently took his equipment as proof.

The third poacher can be found in Slatego Forest. For additional clues, consider speaking with Gravedigger Ignatius near Apollonia before venturing out. Be prepared for a confrontation with wolves in this area.
You'll need to visit two locations. The first is an abandoned camp where the criminal once hid. Although empty, you can scavenge for useful items. Next, head west to the second site, where you'll encounter wolves feasting on a man's corpse. After dispatching the animals, you'll realize that this was the missing poacher. Be sure to collect a piece of poacher equipment as evidence.

Poacher #4

Locating the fourth poacher requires venturing deep into the woods, where you'll face three poachers. Direct confrontation isn't necessary; your objective is to gather evidence. Examine these three items:
- Deer's corpse
- Deer's skin
- Hanging deer's carcass
Once you've inspected these items, return to the gamekeeper to report your findings. He will then task officials with apprehending the criminals.
Poacher #5

The final poacher you need to locate is Hans, which might come as a surprise. Finding him can be tricky given the extensive search area. He can be found near the rocks on the western side of the marked zone. Since Henry won't be able to arrest his old friend, you'll need to take Hans's poaching kit as evidence.
