A charming new game, Cato: Buttered Cat, is coming soon to Android! The name itself is a playful combination of "cat" and "toast," perfectly reflecting the game's unique premise. Ever wondered what happens when you attach buttered toast to a cat's back? The developers did, and the result is a perpetually spinning feline in delightful, gravity-defying loops!
Originally a 2022 BOOOM Gamejam entry by Team Woll, the positive reception led to the creation of a full game. Currently available on Steam for PC, Cato: Buttered Cat is headed to Android and other platforms shortly. While the Google Play Store listing isn't live yet, you can pre-register on the official TapTap page for the Android version.

This puzzle platformer features a cat and a piece of buttered toast as co-stars. Players control both to solve puzzles, overcome enemies, and explore whimsical worlds. The game boasts:
- Five distinct worlds filled with quirky contraptions.
- 200 levels, including side quests, revealing a story piece by piece.
- 30 unique outfits to dress your feline friend.
- Innovative gameplay mechanics: The cat can climb and run, while the toast acts as a controllable projectile, aiding the cat in reaching otherwise inaccessible areas.
