Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a toxic-gas-filled Kentucky BioTech facility. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask breakage and subsequent hallucinations. After the cutscene, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination-induced). Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies appear in the A.C.R. room.

A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, collect armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Next, acquire the Green Card in the Administration Facility. Grapple to the Administration Facility from the security desk. Answer the ringing phone; you need to find and place four documents in the file display area.

Mannequins will pursue you. Maintain distance by sprinting. The documents are located: one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a small central table, and one in the cafe. After placing the documents, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat it to obtain the Green Card.

Securing the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate the glass chamber and the Blue Card. Defeat the Mimic that spawns by shooting moving objects to force its transformation.

Retrieving the Red Card

Head to the East Wing (marked on your map), following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, climb the ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock the door using the blacklight code. Activate the timer and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds (one in the starting room, one in the unlocked room, and one accessible via grappling hook). After draining the water, follow the Mangler to retrieve the Red Card.

Defeating the Disciple and Completing the Mission

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. A cinematic will lead to a confrontation with numerous zombies and the Disciple in the BioTech room. Eliminating them concludes the mission, revealing the events as a hallucination.
