Hot on the heels of its global Android and iOS launch, Noctua Games' popular gacha RPG, Ash Echoes, receives its first major content update.
Version 1.1, titled "Tomorrow is a Blooming Day," launched unexpectedly early—last Thursday, to be exact—and its accompanying event runs until December 26th.
For newcomers, Ash Echoes is an interdimensional RPG blending gacha mechanics and real-time combat. The game unfolds in 1116, following the emergence of the Skyrift Passage—a massive rift over Hailin City—that unleashes widespread destruction and opens portals to other realms. This cataclysm introduces Echomancers, mysterious new superbeings.
Players assume the role of S.E.E.D. director, tasked with studying these powerful beings. Gameplay involves summoning Echomancers and deploying them in visually stunning, strategically challenging battles with significant narrative consequences.
Now, let's explore "Tomorrow is a Blooming Day."
Ash Echoes already boasts a roster of powerful, beautifully animated Echomancers. Version 1.1 expands this with two new 6-star Echomancers: Scarlett, a flamboyant pirate wielding a shotgun, and Baili Tusu, a noble swordsman.
Until December 26th, players can summon Scarlett via the "Target Tracing" Memory Trace, unlocking her powerful Trace Awakening Skill. Baili Tusu joins the fray on December 12th.
A new limited-time event, the Float Parade, features Scarlett and Baili Tusu leading a parade, collecting gifts and completing tasks to earn exclusive furniture and special interactions.
