Dive into the action with five core exercises targeting the most crucial muscle groups. Whether you're at home or on the go, you can play and work out anytime, anywhere. Choose from seven distinct bodybuilder characters and embark on your fitness journey, utilizing more than five gym games that each engage different muscle groups.

As you progress through levels, you'll have the opportunity to increase weights and repetitions, enhancing the intensity of each exercise. Iron Muscle offers beautiful animations that reflect your workout progress, adjusting for performance, weights, and repetitions. You can train your muscles daily, but remember, if your character's level is too low, it's time to eat! Continuous gym days keep you on track.

Customize your gym experience with the ability to select specific workouts. Additionally, personalize your character's appearance by changing hair and facial hair styles, although these choices won't affect your workout performance. Enhance your training with supplements like protein, fat burners, creatine, and other products to lift heavier weights, accelerate growth, and optimize your exercises.

Iron Muscle's interface is organized into four main menus:

• Gym: Access the most relevant and impactful workouts in the gym simulator games.
• Barbershop: Choose from a variety of hair and facial hairstyles in six colors. Note that these choices are purely cosmetic and do not influence your workout.
• Restaurant: Fuel up for bigger muscles and lower fat levels. If your character is tired, you won't be able to exercise. Select from six food options, and opt for lower fat choices to achieve those coveted six-pack abs!
• Nutrition: Utilize gainers to significantly speed up your progress in the bodybuilding gym.

In Iron Muscle, you can target a wide range of muscle groups including Abdominals, Back, Biceps, Calf, Chest, Forearms, Legs, Thigh, Shoulders, and Triceps. The game offers pre-set plans for both bodybuilding and fitness, ensuring a comprehensive workout experience.
