Are you ready to lead your city's football team to victory? Dive into City Football Manager (CFM), a dynamic multiplayer football management game where you take the reins as the manager of your local team. Compete against other managers from around the world, or challenge AI-controlled teams, as you strive to make your squad the champions of your country and beyond.

Game Overview

CFM is currently in active development, with new features, enhancements, and designs being added each month. Here’s what you need to know about the game:

• Game Type: Multiplayer Football Manager
• Objective: Manage your city's football team to victory in national and international tournaments.
• Gameplay: Matches are automatically simulated on servers according to a schedule. The game engine considers your team's strategy and the individual skills of each player (40 attributes per player).

Countries and Leagues

Currently, CFM features 32 countries, including major football nations like England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and many more. Each country's championship is structured into four divisions, with promotion and relegation at the end of each season. The top three teams from Divisions 2, 3, and 4 move up, while the bottom three teams from Divisions 1, 2, and 3 move down.

Tournaments

In addition to league play, each country hosts a national cup tournament, where all teams compete in a knockout format. The elite teams from each country also have the chance to participate in two prestigious international tournaments:

• Cup of Cups: Reserved for the finalists of each country's national cup.
• Cup of Champions: The ultimate prize, open to the top two teams from the highest division in each country.

Team Management

As a manager, you start with a squad of 19 players, with 11 players selected to play by default. You have full control over player positions and selections. Your success on the field translates into more fans, higher ticket sales, and the opportunity to upgrade your stadium for increased revenue.

Player Development and Transfers

Engage in the transfer market to buy and sell players, coaches, scouts, and physios. If you're focused on nurturing young talent, invest in your academy, which produces two promising young players at the end of each season. Enhance your team's performance with state-of-the-art fitness centers, training grounds, and theory centers, and ensure quick recovery with a top-notch physio center.

Training and Player Condition

In the training section, assign players to sessions and choose specific training types with the help of a coach. Higher-level coaches can accelerate skill development, but be cautious of over-training, which can lead to exhaustion, injuries, and reduced performance.
