With the TFA Registry app, learners can effortlessly clock in using their mobile devices. This feature allows for real-time monitoring of attendance, providing instant updates on the time and status of each check-in.

The app is designed with privacy in mind, adhering strictly to the conditions set by the Guarantor. Geolocation data is only collected when a learner voluntarily checks in, and the GPS is deactivated immediately after. Additionally, learners have the ability to verify the status of geolocation directly from the app or their device settings, ensuring they remain in control of their privacy.

When the app is not in use, no tracking of movements occurs, and all data stored on the learner's device remains confidential. Whether the app is being used or not, no data will be shared or processed without the learner's consent, ensuring a secure and private experience.
