Are you looking to enhance your lifestyle? The "Salute +" app, available for free on your smartphone, is here to help. Developed by the e-Health Research Unit of the Bruno Kessler Foundation in Trento, this app is part of the TrentinoSalute + project, which is managed by the Autonomous Province of Trento and supported by TrentinoSalute4.0, a center dedicated to advancing digital health solutions.

The initiative aligns with the first key objective of the Trentino Health Plan 2015-2025, which aims to add more healthy years to life. Trentino is committed to becoming a "health-friendly" region by engaging its entire community, including private citizens and businesses, in a positive cycle of health promotion through innovative experiments.

Salute + is an experimental virtual coaching tool designed to promote health using persuasive technologies and decision support systems. It empowers you to improve your health and lifestyle through the use of e-Health digital technologies, fostering a sense of "patient empowerment."
