This freebie is located within the Fortnite Winterfest lodge. Here's how to get it:

From the Fortnite main menu, navigate to the snowflake tab to access the lodge.
Locate the yellow gift box with a red ribbon on the carpet in the center of the room.
Open the box (shaking it won't work!).
The Santa Dogg outfit is yours!
