The preparations for this milestone celebration are already in full swing. A fresh update has been rolled out, tackling various bugs, revamping the main menu, and enhancing the game's optimization. The developers have also breathed new life into several iconic houses in Willow Creek and Oasis Springs. These updated versions will be immediately available when you start a new game, and for those playing with existing saves, you can access them through the library.

The main festivities will kick off on February 4. The Sims 4 is set to receive a major update that will introduce over 70 new free items, adding a wealth of new content for players to enjoy. On the same day, the in-game event "Blast from the Past" will begin, offering players the chance to complete simple missions and unlock nostalgic retro-style items, as well as collect a new set.
Furthermore, starting February 6, a new season named Motherlode will commence in The Sims 4. While details about what this season will entail are still a mystery, it promises to bring more excitement and content to the game.
