Teleport to the nearest station. Upon arrival, you'll have the option to rent a bike, which will speed up your journey to the NPC. Don't hesitate to take advantage of this.

Your target is a girl named Mysti. Engage in conversation with her, and she'll outline what you need to do to complete the mission.

For the quest, you'll need a simple fishing outfit. If you've progressed far enough in the game, you should already have a complete fishing costume, which is ideal for this task.
