MiHoYo Announces Yumemizuki Mizuki for Genshin Impact 5.4

Yumemizuki Mizuki, a new 5-Star Anemo Catalyst character from Inazuma, arrives in Genshin Impact's Version 5.4. This update, following the Natlan storyline conclusion in Version 5.3, offers a smaller Inazuma-focused adventure centered around yokai and featuring Yae Miko prominently.

Mizuki, rumored since late 2024, joins the game as a Standard Banner character, confirmed by the Version 5.4 beta. Her kit positions her as a premium Sucrose with healing capabilities, making her a valuable addition to many Taser teams. While Sucrose retains some advantages, Mizuki's versatility ensures widespread applicability.

Initially leaked as a tapir yokai, Mizuki's official reveal portrays her as a psychologist and the majority owner of Aisa Bathhouse, an old friend of Yae Miko. Her introduction is highly anticipated during the Version 5.4 Flagship Event, alongside a dedicated Story Quest.

Consequently, Primogem acquisition will be lower than usual. Players are advised to save their Lantern Rite rewards for Version 5.4, particularly if they aim to acquire characters like Furina or Wriothesley from Fontaine.
