Heartfelt Thoughts are exclusively obtained by completing the Phantom Trial: Wish Master Chigda within the Realm of Breakthrough. This trial requires 60 Vital Energy. Successfully completing the trial awards one Heartfelt Thought.
The Realm of Breakthrough, accessible via Warp Spires after completing Chapter 7, allows players to claim rewards only once per week. Therefore, obtaining the seven Heartfelt Thoughts needed for a single Wishful Aurosa evolution requires seven weeks. All three Wishful Aurosa evolutions require a total of 21 weeks (approximately 5 months) of consistent participation.

The Wishful Aurosa outfit has three evolutions, each requiring seven Heartfelt Thoughts. Players aiming for all three evolutions need to dedicate 21 weeks to the process.
Realm of Breakthrough Reset:
The Realm of Breakthrough resets every Monday at 4:00 AM. A timer is displayed in the bottom-left corner of the trial selection screen. While immediate participation isn't mandatory, players should complete the Phantom Trial before the next Monday's reset to avoid missing out on a Heartfelt Thought.
