This guide details how to complete the "Ill Repute" side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, focusing on acquiring the flea-infested item Betty requests. This quest stems from "A Good Scrub," initiated by speaking with Betty at the bathhouse in Kuttenberg's southeast.

Initiating the Quest Line:

To begin, speak to the innkeeper in Kuttenberg about work opportunities. This leads you to Betty's bathhouse. Accept her offer to find Matsek in Grund and escort the bathhouse employees back to Kuttenberg.

Progressing Through "A Good Scrub":

After returning the girls, assist Betty in promoting the bathhouse by shouting its advertisement in the grain market, horse market, vintners' street, and merchants' street (during daylight hours). Finally, clean the bathhouse before the alderman's inspection to avoid closure.

Obtaining the Flea-Infested Item for "Ill Repute":

Following the successful inspection, speak with Betty again. She'll mention the council's decision regarding the city's main bathhouse, requiring you to drive a competitor's councillor away. This involves three steps:

1. Gather Information: Talk to Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida to learn the councillor's dislikes.
2. Sabotage (Optional): Obtain chamomile brew (for the wine cask) and fragrant oils (by pickpocketing from a cabinet on the third floor).
3. Find Fleas: This is the crucial step. Head to Kuttenberg's east gate, where a beggar camp is located. Search the beggars' sacks to find a flea-infested blanket.

Completing "Ill Repute":

Return to the competing bathhouse. Discreetly place the fleas into Councillor Naaz's laundry basket (and ideally, a clean basket as well). Note that successfully completing just one of the three tasks (Chamomile, Oils, or Fleas) might suffice to drive the councillor away. Once the councillor leaves, return to Betty to complete the quest.
