Honkai: Star Rail 2.5 Update: Finest Duel Under The Pristine Blue II and New Characters Added

Honkai: Star Rail version 2.5 has arrived, bringing with it a wealth of new content that's sure to excite fans. The latest update, titled 'Flying Aureus Shot to Lupine Rue,' introduces new areas, characters, light cones, and events to explore.

The new areas take you to Skysplitter, where the Luminary Wardance event unfolds. MiHoYo has creatively transformed a massive military battleship into a thrilling arena for this competition, staying true to the Xianzhou Luofu style.

Version 2.5 introduces three new characters to the game. Feixiao, a 5-star Hunt character (The Hunt: Wind), can cause significant damage. He stacks up the Flying Aureus as your team attacks, followed by his own powerful attacks.

Lingsha, another 5-star character (Abundance: Fire), is here to keep your team alive. With her incense beast sidekick, she provides healing and dispels debuffs effortlessly.

Moze, a 4-star character (The Hunt: Lightning), marks enemies as Prey, boosting your team's damage against them. He also unleashes follow-up attacks when allies target the Prey.

New Light Cones are also available. Feixiao's Light Cone is "I Venture Forth to Hunt," Lingsha's is "Scent Alone Stays True," and Moze's 4-star Light Cone is "Shadowed by Night." You can obtain these through the Brilliant Fixation Light Cone Event Warp.

What About The New Story Content?

The new story content is part II of 'Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue.' You'll encounter wolves lurking in the shadows and a hunter ready to unleash their bow as the Wardance ceremony reaches its peak. You can dive into this after reaching Trailblaze Level 21 and completing Part I.

Prepare to face new enemies like the Shadow of Feixiao, Borisin Warhead: Hoolay, Opportunistic Provocateur, and Daring Diceroller.

The Luminary Wardance event features a fierce competition with unexpected twists. Instead of a Xianzhou swordmaster, a red-haired, iron-armed guy from the winterlands takes center stage. The event runs until October 21st.
