Your first stop should be the closed gate near the red truck and Reboot Van. Here, you'll find the first missing portrait next to a conveyor belt surrounded by unfinished toilets.

For the second portrait, head to the back right of Flush Factory. Look for a small, detached brick building. Enter the ground floor of this structure, and you'll discover the missing portrait next to a green machine and a wooden box.
