The DMCA targeted user-created Garry's Mod content featuring Skibidi Toilet characters like Titan Cameraman, Titan Speakerman, and Titan TV Man. The sender claimed these characters were copyrighted and that the unauthorized Garry's Mod games generated significant revenue.
