Castle Duels unveils major update, launches weekend Blitz mode

It's rare for me to already start thinking about what to do this weekend, but I may just have to dive into My.Games' Castle Duels starting this Friday! The latest major update promises to shake things up with exciting new features, including the adrenaline-pumping Blitz Mode.

Blitz Mode, the star attraction of this update, will be active every Friday to Sunday, offering an exclusive PvP challenge. In this mode, you'll have just one heart and a tight 3.5-minute window to prepare. Units automatically appear on the battlefield, and the quicker you finalize your setup, the more powerful they become. Every second counts, making strategic planning crucial!

Adding to the excitement is the introduction of the Multifaction faction. While the name might seem straightforward, this faction brings something unique to the table. Instead of a fixed roster, you'll have access to a rotating pool of units from different factions, each with their own unit portraits and weekly Faction Blessings. This ensures that your strategy remains fresh and dynamic each week.

Take them to the cleanersBut that's not all! The update also introduces the Starseeking event, starting on March 20th, which brings the first Multifaction unit, the Cleaner, as an exclusive reward. Alongside the Cleaner, you'll encounter the legendary unit, The Undertaker (insert Paul Bearer noises here), and the rare hero Terra. These new additions promise to add intriguing twists to the existing gameplay, keeping even the most seasoned players on their toes.
