Your goal is to color each grid either blue or white, while following these rules:

1. Each number indicates the total count of grids within its island.

2. Every island must contain precisely one numbered grid.

3. Only one continuous stream is allowed, and it cannot form any "pools"—meaning no 2x2 areas of blue cells.
