After creating an account and linking a transport card, you can effortlessly top up your card balance online, buy new subscriptions, or extend existing ones. Manage multiple cards from a single account and review a detailed transaction history.

Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles directly through the app, submitting necessary documents for approval. Once approved, access discounted or free fares. Businesses partnered with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.

Receive timely notifications on your device or via email regarding ticket expiration, purchases, and other important updates. The app's route planner uses real-time vehicle locations to suggest the most efficient path from point A to point B, allowing you to start from your current location or a custom location on the map. Save frequently used locations for quicker access.

The app provides real-time updates on your chosen route, including estimated arrival times at stations and necessary line changes. View complete or partial line routes on the map, save favorite lines, and receive alerts about service disruptions. Search for lines, view real-time vehicle locations, and check arrival times at specific stations (up to three future arrivals are displayed).
