The FreeStyle LibreLink app is now approved for use with both the FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors, revolutionizing how you manage your diabetes. With this app, you can effortlessly monitor your glucose levels by simply scanning your sensor with your smartphone. If you're using the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor, you'll benefit from automatic glucose readings updated every minute, along with timely alarms for low or high blood sugar levels, enhancing your ability to stay on top of your health.

Here's what you can do with the FreeStyle LibreLink app:

• View your current glucose result, trend arrow, and glucose history
• Receive low or high glucose alarms with FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors
• Access detailed reports, including time spent in target range and daily trends
• Share your data, with your consent, with your doctor and family

When using your app and reader with the same sensor, remember that alarms can be set on either your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader or your phone, but not both simultaneously. To receive alarms on your phone, you must start the sensor with the app. Conversely, to receive alarms on your reader, start the sensor with your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader. Once started with the reader, you can still scan the sensor with your phone. Keep in mind that the app and reader do not share data with each other. To ensure comprehensive data collection, scan your sensor every 8 hours with the device you're using. You can upload and view data from all your devices on LibreView.com.

The FreeStyle LibreLink app, when used with a sensor, is designed to measure glucose levels in people with diabetes.
