Uttar Pradesh is taking significant strides in enhancing its public health service management through the innovative eKavach app. Launched and managed by the National Health Mission (NHM) of Uttar Pradesh, eKavach is designed to streamline the work of ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs). This Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) application is built on Argusoft's Open Source and Digital Public Goods (DPG) Certified platform, MEDPlat, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for health service delivery.

eKavach integrates a comprehensive workflow and referral system that covers essential health services such as Family Folder, Reproductive, Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (RMCH+), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Nutrition, and more. This holistic approach ensures that frontline health workers have all the necessary tools at their fingertips to provide efficient and effective care to the community.
