Introducing the ultimate tool for chess enthusiasts: the Score Sheet Scanner for digitizing your chess games. This innovative app allows you to effortlessly convert your handwritten score sheets into digital format, making it easier than ever to manage and analyze your games.

**Scan your score sheets to digitize your games.**

The app uses advanced text extraction technology to transform your score sheet into a digital game. Once scanned, an overview displays the score sheet alongside the generated moves. If any moves are incorrectly recognized, you can easily correct them using intuitive move suggestions.

After digitizing your game, you have the option to categorize it into a tournament, analyze it on popular platforms like Lichess or Chess.com, or export it as a PGN file for further study.

**Scanning the score sheets**

Capture your score sheets using the app's integrated scanner or select images from your gallery. The app efficiently extracts the text directly from the image. It supports score sheets for both White and Black players, which is especially useful for tournament directors. When generating the game, the app considers both versions, allowing up to two score sheets per player.

**Generate Game**

You can generate the game immediately after scanning the score sheets. Alternatively, you have the option to manually overlay the move grid for precise control.

**Supported notations**

The app supports multiple notations, including:

• English: N/B/R/Q/K
• German: S/L/T/D/K
• Dutch: P/L/T/D/K
• Spanish/Italian: C/A/T/D/R
• French: C/F/T/D/R
• Portuguese: C/B/T/D/R
• Czech/Slovak: J/S/V/D/K

While other notations can be specified, the accuracy of text recognition may vary as they are analyzed based on a model of already supported notations.

**Game generation**

To generate the game, the score sheets are sent to our servers. The time required for generation depends on the legibility of the score sheet, the length of the game, and your internet connection, typically ranging between 1 and 10 seconds.

**Overview of the generated game**

The overview displays the columns of the score sheet with the generated moves, with each move's background color indicating its likelihood of accuracy. Tapping on a move takes you directly to the corresponding chess position, where alternative moves are also suggested.

**Move suggestions**

If moves are not correctly recognized, you can quickly correct them using move suggestions, which are arranged by probability and can be filtered by the piece to be moved. After making changes, you can regenerate the game from the current move.

**Moves crossed out or forgotten on the score sheet?**

No problem! In the game overview, you can skip or insert moves and then regenerate the game with your adjustments.

**Game data**

You can enhance your game entries with player and tournament data, and add further details through a description field.

**Overview & filtering of games**

The app provides a comprehensive overview of all entered games, allowing you to filter by tournament, round, and favorites. A search field also lets you filter games by players or game descriptions.

**Exporting games (\*)**

You can export filtered games or individual games as PGN files. In the settings, you can customize the data included in the PGN file, such as tournament details, round, and date.

**Importing games**

Additional games can be imported into the app via PGN files.

For deeper analysis, games can be opened directly in Lichess and Chess.com.
