The Ayushman mobile app is an official application developed by the Government of India, designed to enhance the accessibility of healthcare services under the Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY). This flagship scheme aims to provide cashless secondary and tertiary care treatment at empanelled public and private hospitals, offering coverage to over 10 crore poor and vulnerable beneficiary families across the nation.

The National Health Authority (NHA) serves as the apex body tasked with the implementation of the Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY. Through the Ayushman app, beneficiaries can now create their "Ayushman card," which entitles them to free treatment up to INR 5 Lakhs. This innovative tool empowers users to manage their healthcare benefits directly from their mobile devices.
